- Approved physicians/institutions will screen  strictly according to the approved  indication(s) and ensure patients do not have access to any health care scheme.
The Max Station Thailand will assist physicians in the financial part. 

-  Treating physician complete the application form  and submit it directly to the Max Foundation by e-mail (user name and password).

-  The Max Foundation validates the application form, check with Max Station  and notifies  the qualified physician and Novartis Thailand within 5 working days.  

- Novartis Oncology Thailand will be notified  and will release a 90 days supplied of Imatinib. Novartis Oncology Thailand will deliver Imatinib to the Hospital Pharmacy .

- To remain on the program, an eligibility evaluation must be submitted to TMF max 60 days after the approval.
